One last apology... the videos are in flv format.
Its the only way i know to make them small and play on the internet.
I've found a better way of doing it, so there are controls at the right of the video, so you can pause it / control volume etc...
It also streams the video so it starts playing faster.
The downside is, you can't just download 'em.
